Original Daiquiri (The refreshing, classic way - not the slushy sweet way)

·       1.5 oz Rum47 White Rum
·       Juice of 1 large lime
·       1/2 oz simple syrup

Juice the lime into shaker.  Add Rum47 and simple syrup.  Add ice and shake until the shaker is too cold to hold.  Strain into martini glass.  Loosen tie.

Grey and Cloudy (A PNW twist on the classic Dark N Stormy)

·       1.5 oz Rum47 White Rum
·       Ginger beer
·       Lime wedge

Mix Rum47 and ginger beer (we like Rachel’s or Bedford's) over ice in an old fashioned glass.  Squeeze and toss in a lime wedge.  Toast your friends.

Honey Rum Old Fashioned (This features both Puget Sound Rum and Four Leaf Spirits)

·       2 oz C&C Honey Rum
·       ½ oz Tine
·       2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters
·       1 Bada Bing Cherry
·       Orange peel

Mix C&C, Tine and bitters with ice in an old fashioned glass.  Add cherry and a touch of cherry juice.  Rub glass rim with orange peel and add as garnish.  Put up feet, remove fedora.

747 (Shout out to local Boeing peeps)

·       1.5 oz Rum47 White Rum
·       7-Up
·       Lemon wedge

Mix Rum47 and 7-Up over ice in an old fashioned glass.  Squeeze and toss in a lemon wedge.  Fly.

PSRC Honey Mojito (Honey and mint go well together)

·       2 1/2 oz C&C Honey Rum
·       ¼ large lime
·       8 mint Leaves
·       3 oz soda water
·       1/2 TBSP simple syrup

Muddle mint, lime and simple syrup with ice in highball glass.  Add C&C and soda water. Stir and garnish with mint. Dance.

C&C&C (Our twist on a Cuba Libre)

·       2 oz C&C Honey Rum
·       Cola (We like Jones Cola)
·       Lime wedge

Mix C&C and Cola over ice in an old fashioned glass.  Squeeze and toss in a lime wedge.  Drink.  Make another.
